US orders only, this includes Alaska and Hawaii.
We ship USPS using First Class with Tracking or Priority Flat rate, depending on the item being shipped. Exact costs will be specified on each listing. Some of our items may be special orders and these will have a extended delivery timeline.
All regular orders will be shipped within 3 or 4 day. Please email us with any questions.

CANCELLATIONS: We will cancel your order for a full refund if requested in writing within the SAME DAY OF PLACING THE ORDER.
PLEASE NOTE – We will try to ship out items as quickly as possible – which may mean your order has already been shipped before we see your cancellation request. If this happens, please email us and we will get it worked out for you.
RETURNS: We allow 7 business days after receiving your item to qualify for a refund or exchange. Please notify us within 72 hours if there is a problem regarding your order. Items are only allowed to be returned if they are unused and in brand new condition. Shipping charges are NOT refunded.

EXCHANGES: Due to inventory amounts, pricing and shipping charges We do not honor requests for exchanges.
